Price: £60 per room, per couple, per night (all seasons)

The en suite bathroom has a shower cubicle with a hair dryer available. The kitchenette has a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The sitting room with dining area has freeview satelite TV. There is off-road parking.
The price includes continental breakfast: fruit juice, cereals, croissant; all available in the room for clients to help themselves in their own time - without interruption and in the privacy of their own detached accommodation.
Guests are welcome to prepare evening meals as the facilities allow (suggest microwave-ready meals). There is a pretty outside space (see picture) by the pond where you can dine al fresco with extensive views over farmland.
Because of the steps leading up to the property, the accommodation is not suitable for disabled access.
